My parents came to the United States from India with very little — no safety net and no roadmap, just a conviction that education could be a catalyst for growth and innovation. As a first-generation student, I learned early how much a good education and a relentless work ethic can change the course of a life. That belief is the foundation everything else is built on.
I also had a front-row seat to what that kind of ambition can build. My older brother started a small healthcare business that grew quickly and expanded into real estate development. Watching it up close, I saw how much operations and communication really drive these industries — how the gap between a good outcome and a bad one so often comes down to execution and clarity.
So I learned the work firsthand. I picked up healthcare management and real estate underwriting across all kinds of deals — ground-up construction, multi-family value-add, and single-family renovation flips. Each one taught me something new about how capital, people, and timelines actually come together.
At Cicero Consulting Group, I got to apply all of it at scale — across real estate, energy, and healthcare engagements — and watch the same principles play out on bigger, more complex problems.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I love running, traveling to new places, and chasing down food I’ve never tried before.
